Hi Rafal, great looking w203 AMG. Command system unfortunately isn't the best system out there, definitely not the most intuitive, but just takes a bit of time to get used to

Welcome to MBWorld. Great power potential with the E55 and definitely a sleeper. One of the best big block engines for the era.

At 68 most would consider me old lol but new to MB. Well not entirely true since my Dad had MB for years. I am hoping to learn a lot from you folks since I am a long time DIY type. Rebuilt everything from a 36 HD to MG Midgets to MOPARs to VWa and of course I have worked on MB for friends and family. Regardless I have a lot to learn and look forward to your support and patience.

I'm a long time lurker (about 5 years) and decided now is the time to ask because I have a steady job and the urge for some extra HP. My parents currently own a '95 s420 in a champagne gold that was always a wonderful car to us. Our household consists of only Euro cars because my pops was always the type to go for the euro look. I've mostly seen positive and helpful comments on here when asking newbie questions and really appreciate that. I am still part of the swedespeed club since my s40 lead there. My wife Jana and I live in Ogden Utah. We are both retired and my hobby is restoring cars. We also have a 39 Packard coupe and a 69 Olds 88 convertible.
I'm blessed to have a large heated shop with a lift to spend these cold winter days in.
So I have been benefiting from this forum for few years. I did lots of research here before i bought my dream car last year (Its a 2011 C63 AMG and i love it).

Howdy. Just picked up a 2007 S550 4MATIC with designo Graphite exterior and Black/Beige interior. It's got about 130K+ miles but has been well-maintained by an local indy shop. Coming off a 2001 E320 Beige/Beige also bought and maintained by that local indy shop.
