New to MBWorld.. in pursuit of my 1st MB
Hello All, just joined, have been driving wife's 98 VW station wagon for 2 years as I work from home. Time to change car and very excited to get an MB 1st time. I began searching for used E320/E500 and lots of good info is shared here and am very grateful to you all. I came across 2005 Green/black E500 with sports package 41K for $8k listed by private party, looks attractive offer. Appreciate any tips/comments that can be helpful.

Hey guys, name is Casey, not necessarily new to the forums, just never posted. Lots of reading and "how to's". Anyway, I sold my E350 prior to being stationed in Korea, and I just picked up a 2011 E63 AMG. It's one of just a few Mystic Blue Designo's made that year. I'll be in Korea for a little while longer so I haven't even had the chance to enjoy the car yet, but it's hibernating in the garage until then. She only has 18K miles on it so a really great score for me. Here is a pic.

1999 E320
Hi My name is Jun from NJ. Last year, my dad left me his car which we bought for his retirement back in 1999. Every time I go out to garage, it is there and I picture my dad in the drive seat. I really miss him.

Hello, I'm a new member.
Own 2014, E350 4-matic--have enjoyed car.
Recent issue regarding high pitch sound coming over AM radio station whenever the blindspot lights on side rear view mirrors light up. (occurs at any speed below 20 mph). Apparently some electrical interference from circuitry involving blindspot protection. Perhaps needs electrical filter?
Would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and perhaps share their way of resolving problem.
Jim

Hello Everybody, I'm Malcolm from Manchester England. The proud owner of an 07 CLK.
The glove box won't close but I've already learnt to adjust the catch instead of giving the dealership £397 (why they don't say £400 beats me) or the scrapyard £75.
In sorting that out, I had to take out the cd player. When I reconnected the command module, it tells me "No magazine".
Fun and games ahead for me. LOL
I can get the command module into "Engineering mode" but after that I'm more than a bit tentative. Can anyone take me forward?

Finally...
Let me confess, I have received so much value from this site, even as a non-member. I decided to make it official today by becoming a member, and perhaps help others with my own experience.
So I live in Indianapolis. Had a 7 series (still do). Got it after my cuz swayed me into getting one. Great car but I have always been STAR CHILD, cus it's all my old man had.
Fast forward to today, we have a White 2007 GL450 and a White 2011 CL63 AMG.
Love the AMG, it's the 6.2L straight, not the bi-turbo. I call it my straight line assassin. It feels good to know that at every point (99%) of the time, you have the fastest thing on the road. It's a rarity to find a faster car, except during Indy500 weekend, when the super car fans pull out their beasts. Even at that, I would give most of them a good run for their money.
Glad to be a member.

Hi everybody, my name is Tim and I live in Cardiff, Wales UK I am a motor mechanic and have recently bought my S320 W220 1999 Petrol and love it ! My business partner has also purchased a 2001 S320 so we have a pair of silver Mercs that we both enjoy. New Aussie Member
Hi guys
just joined up after reading this forum for a few months as I am looking to purchase my first MB. Looking to make a deal on a white 2014 w205 C250 with less than 20,000kms. Comes with a number of options and a pano roof but unsure about taking the step after reading stories about reliability issues. Also any thoughts on pano roof in the hot aussie climate especially with plus 38 deg days.
Cheers
