Guten tag everyone, I'm new in this forum and this is my first post. I just recently bought my first Mercedes Benz, a 2008 E320 Bluetec and I'm loving it so far. Previously I had a Passat TDI which I babied and being a diesel it would have lasted forever if I didn't get rear-ended one morning sending my bagel to the dash. Sadly, my insurance wrote it off. So this time I thought I'd try something different but still in the diesel family. There are not many diesel options for a daily driver out there and I wouldn't drive a rig to work. The Germans seem to do diesel cars the best and since I've always dreamed of owning a Benz, my time has come.
Glad to be here and "gute fahrt" to all!

just graduated to my first MB
Hello everyone, My name is Castle and since I can already see I will be visiting this site regularly for information I thought I better become a member so I signed up and am checking in lol. I just graduated from high school and my parents let me pick my graduation present which turned out to be a 1997 sl 320 with AMG package. I was told the car was a 40th anniversary but it is silver, the previous owner said the silver ones were rare (I have a feeling I know why lol) but either way I love the car. I bought it in Texas and drove it home 300 miles at roughly 70mph getting around 30mpg on the highway. My dad liked that part. Complicated car since my first car was a 63 thunderbird but I am having fun learning all this cars secrets. Thanks for letting me in.

2000 E55 AMG
First time MB owner
Thanks for providing such an awesome source of information for us newbies. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Just picked up a 1999 E55 AMG, shes in great shape with 102k miles. Drives like a dream compared to the 05 scion xb I just sold.
I usually mod everything I can on every car I have own. This one I feel is almost perfect, just going to lower it and drive it.

Hello everyone.
I'm new to the Mercedes world. I'm from Sacramento California
I was shopping for another Jaguar to play with when I found an 02 cl500 on a small lot.
Fell in love with it on the test drive.
I know the ABC system can be a major issue with these rides.
So far so good. But I'll start getting prepaired.

Hi I am Conrad from South Africa. My father has always wanted a Merc so he got him self a C320 w203 as his retirement car. I have been tasked with taking care of the car for him as I do all the other cars we own.

Hello, everyone. My name is Roger from Carbondale, IL. I just bought my first Benz, a stock 1999 E55 AMG with 42K miles. My wife and I both agree this car is far above all the other vehicles we have owned. The car's handing and performance make it a pleasure to drive. I love to work on vehicles and look forward to performing maintenance and modifications to this superb automobile. I am apprecitive of the resource your forum provides the owners.
