Hi everyone. My name is Edwin and I would like to show you my 1999 Mercedes-Benz E430 Wagon.
I live in Lithuania and I've bought my first car on december. It was a christmas present for me . Usually in Europe there's so much diesel cars, but I prefer only gas cars, so I was searching so much on local car sale websites for a good deal till I found this. I contacted the seller and next day I headed to buy it. Lithuanians are very strange people so he didn't told me that MB had some problems. He said that it is in mint condition. When I got there I saw some rust on the car, also it was crashed and painted horribly. As well it was necessary to change steering rack, because steering wheel was pointed directly straight, but car went to the right to the left so it was hard to drive. It was time to take a test drive. I've only been driving with E300td and E320cdi, and when i floored it, my friends and i were just speechless. And then I said I will take this beast with me. So when i got home,I changed all tyres, steering rack and also installed LPG, because we don't have so much money to fill the gas. And that's my story.
Also, I don't know about MPG, is it bad or not. I drive 173 miles with 14 gal. 74 miles on the highway with speed 56-69 mph and 99 miles in the city where speed is 37-49 mph. So the average mpg is 13. When I got it, it was horrible to drive, because it did 9-7MPG in the city and my city is very small. Here's some pictures.
So I crashed my E430 and purchased another E class Mercedes but with diesel engine.. Yeah I complained about diesel cars on my previous post, but I couldn't find another E430 or E320 petrol with that low price as I got my E320 cdi. Here are some pictures of it.
