Welcome to MBWorld. Grats on the MB pickup. w203 is a great platform. Let us know if we can help you modernize her a bit with some newer whiter lighting. Unlike most JDM, your lights will require canbus functionality if upgrading

The only performance upgrade(ish) I made was the air intake. Ive noticed the intake tubes on our W203 tear easily (which mine did too), I decided to open up the left hole and make it a direct air flow. I wish there was some sort of tube to connect the left hole directly, but havent had any luck yet.
Anyways, thanks again for the welcome! BTW I am from San Diego, CA.

Thanks!! MBs are great. I also know that they are very reliable which is why Ive decided to get myself an MB an test it out! So far, they are very luxurious (no doubt about that). Im not planning to make any performance upgrades since its just a W203 lol, but I am definitely looking into making it look nicer. Lightning is something Ive been looking into. This site provides a lot of good info for good upgrades!

And for your reference sake, your front city lights and sidemarkers use 194 wedge bulbs, rear plate uses 36mm festoon bulbs, front signals use 1156 bayonet bulbs, Fog lights use 9006 bulbs, Low and high beam use H7 bulbs, and your interior uses 36mm festoon bulbs throughout

Yeah, althought c230 is a great vehicle, trying to push for serious performance upgrades is like chasing unicorns. You'd have been better off sourcing a c55 for any meaningful gains. Aesthetics though, you have lots of options... some common ones include flat hood badge, de-chrome, exhaust, wheels, suspension, tint, front lip, rear spoiler, etc.
