Welcome to MBWorld. That's a great looking color on the CL. Lorinser LM6 wheels are great looking wheels and one of the first turbine look. Personal preference really, but I wouldn't put chrome wheels on. I'd get them refinished if possible.
Thank you all for welcoming me to the online MB community,and i want to start saying that all of you that have left a comment are absolutly right!,that is the reason why i started this thread.I wanted brushed LM6's,but i live in south america,Suriname where not only are there only 2 cl 600's in my country,but mine is the only Lorinser packaged one,so ure starting to get an idea how hard getting parts is.So finding LM6's here is a nono,let a long 20's.I was looking into LM6's but cant sem to find 20's.Thus came the decision to go the way of the available chrome ones.Yet i found myself to be sckeptical about putting chrome on my baby so i thought i'd call in ure help on making my decision what to do.
I am gratefull for and welcome any comments on what should be the best thing to do and where to seek help in doing so.
If you have a refinishing shop down there, you can always just pick them up and strip the chrome. Then you can polish or power coat to whatever suits your personal style.
