Hi All,
Been a member for a short while but in the background.
I have now purchased an 03 SL55 AMG which is in very good condition.
A big thankyou to this forum for all the advise you all put on here regarding what to look out for when purchasing one of these cars.
I made a list and took it with me whilst on my search. I finally found one that ticked all the boxes.
This will be the base for a project in the new year. Lots to be done and no doubt lots of advise will be needed.
This is a great place to be for any mercedes fan.

Started checking everything and getting some things done before the full conversion starts.

Brakes overhauled, new discs and pads all round and calipers re painted.
