Hello From Brunei Darussalam
Hello Fellow MB owners.
Im Jef, a very recent joiner to the MB world.
Taking over my Dad's 2006 W164 ML500.
He also has a the current E200, but that's another Story.
Ever since he was hit by a stroke, where a vein in his left lobe burst, his recovery will mean inevitably the inability to continue driving his fleet of two merc.
I hence have taken the ML into my own, and have taken steps to make it look less Daddy car, and more Gangsta.
Its Peridot Black body means it already looks quite menacing
So Apart for this, the future I hope to be able to outfit it with a more revealing exhaust.
I am an Aircraft Engineer by Trade, and currently occupy the post as a Training Manager. Therefore I always try and get back to my tools where I can.
I also own a 2006 B7 Audi RS4, and a Honda CB400 hyper Vtec motorbike.
Previous toy was a 1982 Porsche 911sc, Golf GTI MkII, E30 BMW, E28 BMW, and Golf R mark IV.
Im pretty new to this car and my only experience was with the older w126 which my Dad had before.
I hope I may contribute here and help in anyway I can.
Primarily though I need more help than anything else

Grats on the take over, but sorry to hear about your Dad. I'm sure the newly acquired ML will be in good hands.
For adjustable camber arms, try hitting up my boy Jay over at MBArts (mbartsperformance.com). They've done custom camber arms and might be able to help.
Let us know if we can help you out with any lighting upgrades for a more modern whiter and brighter look with LEDs and HIDs

There is only Front Toe Adjustment OEM!
For all SUV’s (163, 164, 166, 251) we manufacture therefore Front Camber and Caster adjusters to resolve premature edge tire wear/improve traction and correctly resolve steering pull.
For the rear extra Camber (and Toe) adjuster kits doubling the existing rear adjustment range.
Bonus with the front is that the K-MAC kit replaces the 4 highest wearing bushes. Especially important being the 2 rear (expensive) front bushes that prematurely fail. Both the front and rear kits comes with bush extraction tools and fitting instructions.
Front kit for P/N 504016M $595
Rear P/N 504026K $480
Air delivery to Brunei $60 (US/Canada $40).
Accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.

Nice to know you are in here as well. Ive been sourcing parts from you since early 2000, when Wayne used to run things himself even.
Really knows anything associated with them old 911.
Heres a pict of mine.
Anyway do you guy carry anything similar with solid bushing for the front lower susp arm, aft bushing. Superpro of Australia does this but dont do mail orders. Wanna tighten up the location of the front lower wish bone. The original bush gives way too much play even when new.

As for the bushings, I believe we should. See if Powerflex has the one you need HERE. If not, we do sell Superpro products so if you can by chance grab the part number of the specific Superpro bushing set you need then I can get you it. You can shoot me a PM if that's easier as well.

Huhuuuuuu. Rear Camber sorted. Alignment dude was happy with this. Forged Eyes coupled to chromoly bar, fits like a glove. For future reference of w164 fitment, I just told them guys at speedway to assemble one to measure no lesser than 14.25" pivot-center to pivot-center length. The Forged eye ends with them solid bushings also fits nicely into the brackets. No issues. And the gear just for us$90+. I had to pay additional us$80 though to get em down to Brunei 😂😂😂
