First Time Mercedes Owner (2008 S550 4Matic)
Hello everyone,
I just purchased a 2008 S550 4Matic last week and wanted to introduce myself to the fellow forum members. I have owned a 2006 Pontiac GTO for the last 8 years and was finally able to afford to get myself a second, more comfortable and family friendly car.
After spending lots of money on modifications for the GTO, it turned into a pretty fun car for the track, but not so much for everyday driving. It is still fun on the street, but after just a few hours of driving, I would be completely drained and beat up. Hence the need for a more comfortable car.
So far, I am very pleased with the comfort and luxury of the Mercedes and cannot ask for anything more. Just keeping my fingers crossed that it runs relatively trouble free for at least a little while. I got it with 84,000 miles on the odometer, which I think is pretty good for a car of its age, and am looking forward to adding many more miles to it.
I am also looking forward to learning as much as I can about the car and using the forum to help me with any issues I may have in the future.
Thanks for reading,
Simeon

Thanks! I was a little confused for a moment there where it said my nationality but then I realized you could tell from my name.
I'm from a small town, Levski, near Pleven.
