New member, but old to the site
Hello all,
Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is jay. I am what some would call a gear head. Recently sold my Srt
In the process of acquiring a 2013 black C 300 with 27,000 miles for 17,000. I have done extensive research about what to look for on purchasing one of these as I know that they can get rather expensive without warranty.
I was trying to look for a C350 as it is a little more powerful than the C300 but all I was able to find were high mileage older model. Some would say It is a power downgrade but I am in it for the comfortability and sleek design.
Already diving into threads getting ideas on what to do to. (Fan of romeos c300 lol)
Anyhow pleasure to meet you all looking forward to learning from you guys

Welcome to MBWorld. Good luck with your acquisition. Really the performance difference between the 300 and 350 is very slight during real world driving. I wouldn't feel bad about having a 300 at all

So a quick update. With in 2 weeks of having the car i started having transmission issues. So the car was returned to the dealer. It wasnt as easy as it sounds but it got done.
So after getting my money back and bouncing to more dealerships in my state i came across another beauty. But wasn't chancing it again with the transmission so this time I made sure to get it inspected .. came back spotless. 1 owner btw

Just found out since im not getting the car through mb i wont be able to purchase the mb warranty. Will have to go through a 3rd party or set aside a credit card specifically for the car 🤔
