Can the pale horse be replaced with a Mercedes?

Can the pale horse be replaced with a Mercedes?

New Member of the Mercedes Family as well…
Pick up a nice white 2005 E500 4Matic.
Decided to have a little fun with it. Getting some nice black or mostly black rims, replacing the headlights with “black” headlights, replace chrome emblems and chrome grille with glossy black versions. Although, having trouble finding glossy black hood star and glossy black trunk star…everyone sells matte black.
Anyone have recommendations on where to find these? I don’t want to attempt painting.
I’m sure this has been asked a lot, but what are the go-to site for aftermarket parts?
I want to replace the radio but still have the CD/CD changer/DVD functions and the steering wheels controls…but also keep it looking stock…I’ve seen some radios that look like the factory radio but just modern…has anyone installed these? Thoughts?
And lastly, I’m a muscle car guy…love an aggressive sounding car. Has anyone replaced the stock mufflers with single chamber mufflers or a really aggressive muffler on the 2005 E500? I don’t want it to sound like a lawnmower

i debated with myself to stick with the white/chrome look…which looks nice and clean…or go with the more sporty looking white/black look.
im going with white/black. Hope it comes out as good as it looks in my head.
