1995 SL 500
1995 SL500

No rust, but needs paint. Clear is coming off. Mechanically sound. Only 44K original miles.
I am from Puerto Rico. I did the soft top cylinders repair "myself" (thanks Klaus!) Has new leather, yes leather, interiors. New soft top, new tires, new powder coating on wheels. And a new Momo steering wheel.

Nice ride. I think half the battle is finding a complete car with all the trim and no damage to the body. A good drive train and a fresh paint job, you can justify your investment and that fun factor you get when driving your SL. I'd like to get busy on my SL but I keep getting sick and health issues.
