Greetings all

My first Mercedes after owning 8+ of the other Bavarian make

So I'm starting from scratch in terms of tools and resources

Any recommendations for scan tool?

Coming from BMWs that have most important diagnostic info hidden from standard OBD2, I assumed that Mercedes would be the same

Looks like I already have 2 scanners that can read the codes, although I still wonder if more info would be found with the Star scanner that I'm hearing about
