The reason I asked for pictures is that its crucial to know the actual being and present condition of the item. No need to hide if you are a genuine seller. Even if I don't buy it, other people might interested after seeing the actual present item.. if you know what I'm trying to say here.

This looks like the pic that was in the link. In fact I know it is. What is the issue with not providing an image of the watch in your possession? Broken digital camera, only have a phone camera, etc. Without showing potential buyers what they are going to get, especially at the price, you are certainly not winning any confidence.

I don't know how much more clear we can make this request. If you cannot do this, then dont try to sell the watch here. They buyer will want you to take more pictures with some proof that the watch in real and it is in your possession
