Not sure it would help nearly as much as with a forced induction engine. but you should be able to get something out of it.

Don't know if they have one for your car though.

CLK 500
I just checked the site. they do have one for my car. Here are the specs:
Car type Mercedes CLK 320
Stock Modified
Engine size 3199 3199
Compression 10.0:1 10.0:1
Power (hp) 218 hp 231 hp
Power (kW) 160 kw 170 kw
Torque 229 ft/lb (310 Nm) 249 ft/lb (337 Nm)
Max Speed 150 mph ( 240 kmh) 154 mph ( 246 kmh)
Fuel consum. 56 mph (90kmh) 28,7 mpg ( 8,2 l) 31,4 mpg ( 7,5 l)
Fuel consum. 75mph (120kmh) 20,5 mpg ( 11,5 l) 22,2 mpg ( 10,6 l)
Fuel consum. city 13,8 mpg ( 17,1 l) 14,3 mpg ( 16,5 l)

I think your car had much more gain than mine would get. but, it still may be worth it b/c of the increased torque.

Installation was simple. My roommate took the car to work, put in the chip, brought the car home. Simple. It helps when your roommate works at Bahn Brenner Motorsport.

Th prices just went up on UPsolute for MB, but I got a deal. (that's all I'm at liberty to say)

I love the chip, I will do it to all my cars in the future. The only complaint I have is that it takes a while for all the windows and everything to remember how to fully work again (one touch up and down), but all you have to do is arm and disarm the alarm 3 times to reset. But it is the same anytime you reset the ECU (it did it when I installed the pulley too).

Not yet, I will be doing some track time postings as soon as I get a chance at the track.

I am very interested to see some results of your upgrades. I have seen about a million posts of the kleeman pully upgrade, and it sure seems reasonable for the increase in performance. I saw his dyno results, does upsolute have any estimates on gains. I would love to see what you are putting to the rear wheels.
