How can I get this fixed? I checked in the User CP settings & nothing jumped out. When I click an attached picture, black screen come up & says 1/3 or 2/3 in the top corner - like I was looking at the pics attached only I don't actually see the picture.

Hi,

I apologize as I missed your post completely. Are you on desktop or mobile? What operating system and browser? Thank you.

Do you have a pop up blocker active? Thanks.

Can't seem to find any settings within chrome browser to adjust pop-ups. However, If I hold control, I get another tab pop up with the picture - which suffices for the desktop.

Hey,

There should be a small symbol with a red 'x', next to the 'Favorites' star in the upper right of the URL bar. Click it to allow popups from MBworld.

Figured I'd just reply to this thread rather than starting a new one with the exact same title.
When I click on the attached thumbnails it opens, but no content, just the viewer.
I'm running a MacBook Pro with OS X Yosemite, Pop-up blocker turned off, everything enabled that should be, but no pics.
I can open them in a new tab but they are thumbnail sized so no work-around there.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Hi,

What device are you using, OS and browser? Mobile App or default template? Is it all pics? Thank you!
