What's this oil leak?
Today I did oil change for my 2013 (Canada) R350 BlueTech and found oil leak in this place. What's leaking? The seal between engine and transmission? I've never taken apart of a Mercedes.

You need to clean away all of the oil and watch for the source.
Common leak point for the OM642 diesel is the oil cooler located in the vee (valley) of the engine block.

At this moment the leak is not so bad so I can wait. This week I notice the turbo to air intake was leaking a bit after I replaced the fuel filter last month. I've replaced the seals yesterday to eliminate the leak from the top.

Yep that's the one. They will replace that whole turbo inlet Y-pipe and gaskets too
The oil cooler service won't be free, but will be thousands of dollars less than if you got it done separately.
