The pricing that I just posted includes options. These were not finalized until late last week when they were posted in NetStar.
Hope this helps.

I noticed there is no $3,250 surcharge for the designo Exclusive saddle/black nappa leather... are the upgraded interiors now standard on the cab ? If so that would be a change from the early Feb 2016 DOG.

Right, but in your original post (that has been edited) you stated that the pricing for the S63 and S65 Cab models wasn't known. It was known a while back.

Pricing for the 3 Cabs, both base pricing and added-cost options, was finalized last week. By finalized, I mean that the pricing was entered into NetStar. Before that point, both the MBUSA email to which you keep referring and the DOG were indications. They were not finalized. One example of the unreliability of email and DOG pricing was the price reduction of Code 997 by $550 from $2800 (in the DOG) to $2250 (in NETSTAR).

My post was to advise Cab buyers that finalized pricing (entered into NetStar) is available.

What was the purpose of your post?

Hope this helps.

Saw that as well...if that's the case, it's a very nice perk for cab buyers. As a current '16 coupe owner who paid for the designo interior option, I'd be a little pissed if this holds true.

I don't know why the $3250 charge for the Designo doesn't appear, but I'm pretty certain that the charge remains. I have another example (for an S63 Cabrio) where is does appear.

If the DOG for the '17 coupe does appear on Monday (5/2), as has been posted, well know more.

By the way, it also appears that the prepaid maintenance prices for '17 models may have decreased vs. '16. Not certain, but one CA dealer reported a decrease to me orally.

That is just it, the base pricing for all 3 models was finalized back in January, wasn't talking about the options. Again, in you original post that you have now edited, you stated that the pricing wasn't known for the S63 and S65 Cabrio models. You gave the base price for the S550 Cabrio only and I then stated that the pricing for all 3 was known months ago. I was not talking about options or in netstar, only their base prices which hasn't changed since January. Not sure what you aren't getting here.

I'll try one last time:
Pricing was not finalized on anything (Base MSRP or options) until late last week when it was entered into the Netstar system. Prior to last week, no US dealer would give anyone a binding price deal.

Perhaps you have a different definition of what "finalized pricing" means.

The illustrations show measurements in millimeters. 25.4mm= 1inch. The upper image is the S Class Cabrio. The lower image is the E Class Cabrio.
Hope this helps.

Good info thanks.

Any other changes for the '17 550 coupes other than 9G?

Thnx

Again, you edited your original post to take out that you stated that you didn't know what the BASE PRICES were for the S63 and S65 Cabriolet models. The list prices were known back in January, contrary to what you originally stated. Again, not talking about options or netstar. Not sure what you don't get here.

You edited your original post AFTER is stated that the base prices were known back in January. BASE PRICING was known back in January and it HASN'T CHANGED since.

I'm going to see if this can be absorbed one more time. He posted that the pricing for the S63 and S65 Cabrio was not known. I said that it was known since January and I gave the prices. He then edited his post. Look at the original post it was edited. Not sure what you or he doesn't get here. He said that the pricing wasn't known and it WAS KNOWN MONTHS AGO. Doesn't matter if it was in the system or not. It was known to dealers back in January. Isn't my fault most of you guys here are misinformed and late. I GAVE THE PRICES THAT HE CLAIMED WEREN'T KNOWN, THAT WAS MY FUNCTION HERE. He edited his post AFTER (look at the time stamp) I responded to say "all S Cabrio pricing" when it first it didn't, just to save face. Then he stated that it included options, that wasn't the point. BASE PRICES was the subject of the original post. Damn you all are slow.
