Last MY for coupe and cabriolet!

That may reduce depreciation starting next year and they should become collectibles thereafter.
Does anyone know production numbers as I believe they were relatively low?
Your thoughts.

The summation is that if you want a reasonably priced 4 passenger luxury coupe/cabriolet then now is the time to buy.
As to the collectability of each you have to look at what happened to 70's coupe/cabriolet prices when their production ceased.
These cars could turn into an investment as opposed to a depreciating asset.

Long term, the classic line and relatively rarity as a Mercedes-Benz model (particularly of the 2018+ cars) should make them highly collectible and values will rise. But that is a long way off and lots of depreciation and maintenance costs for us owners to endure until then!

High maintenance and repair costs are the price that is expected and must be paid to own these special vehicles.
