I have a 2019 S Coupe with wireless charging in the center console. What is the purpose of the slot next to the cigarette lighter forward of the command dial?

Just looked at my '16 coupe but no slot. Gotta pic of it? Possibly a USB port?

They didn’t offer the wireless charger in the console until 19. I’ve got a better work around. I put my wireless charger in the place where the ashtray went. They made two different trays and I bought the newer tray and converted it into a stowage for my iPhone and charged while there.

Please take a picture of what your talking about. In front of the command dial is the controls buttons and then the cup holder stowage area. Are you talking about in the box itself?

I will need to post a picture. But, it is next to the lighter, is not a USB port, is about 1” high by about 4” in width and about 4” in depth. For change?
