1988 500 sel,Audi A4,saab 900i
1988 500sel suspension
Hi folks,
Does anyone know if self leveling suspension was standard on 1988 sel 500,i have a feeling im getting sag at the rear of car,strange noise when on steep incline from rear sounds like tyre on arch,then dissapears lasts couple of seconds,on the flat shes fine.

u have an 88 500, i thought the 500 was only up to 85, maybe 86

The documents state 1988/imported to australia 1998,So i have to assume its geniune,but i will look into it.

well under the hood, do u have 2 air intake snorkels or one,

and do you have a SLS cylinder in the engine bay, ?

afaik, sls may have been option atleast for mid 80s cars, probably standard for 560

benzworld.org will have all your w126 answers, see u there

Hi ,
I have two intakes to the airfilter,but sls cylinder..not a clue, up till now i have been a saab collector,just moved on to mercs ,also any idea what this is??

not sure, btw u have a 560 if u have 2 air tubes, enless its after the fact
