1992 300SE AMG Running a lil sluggish or is it just to heavy for this v6??
I have a 1992 300SE AMG.......Tell me about the AMG....everyone says wow that car should really run great and it really seems slughish to me...is it the big body and the V6 engine and its just to heavy or should this thing really run great......if so any suggestions on how to light some fire under this car again like it should be????

No offence but what makes you think that you have an AMG?....
The 0-100km time for a 300 is about 8.6 secs that should give you some idea as to speed.
Also it's an inline 6 not a V just look at the shape of the engine.

How do I know I have an AMG????? Well the wheels the emblems the shifter the pedals the interior the carbon fiber grill the carbon fiber air system the exhaust the AMG engine tag and the engine......I needed help with my question not the obvious do I have an AMG

That should answer your question as to why the car is not that fast. The M104 I6 has it's best power output around 3-4000rpm.
As far as things that can make the car sluggish try all the things like the cap and rotor, wiring harness, fuel filter, sparkplugs, or even any fault codes that the car may be storing and going into limp-home mode. Fuel injectors could also be another issue.
