Keys locked in trunk

My boss locked his keys in his 2000 S500. AAA got us in the cabin of the car but the keys are locked in the trunk. Is there anyway to get in there?

I mean the button on the dash to pop the trunk, you cannot use it?

No because AAA set off the alarm which disables the button. We can't even get into the trunk to disconnect the battery and reset the computer. If someone knows which fuse to pull that would help. It doesn't say in the manual.

I actually had this happen to me. In my case AAA refused to come out because they said MB trunks are one of the most difficult to get into and that would likely cause damage.

Ended up called MB roadside assistance who had the same apprehension, but at least gave it a try. Once in the cabin, they removed the first aid kit behind the rear seat. There was a small square hole there that the service guy fished my keys through. Remember this is for the w208 clk, but something similar could be done.

Good luck.

This happened to me awhile ago. Once you get into the car the benz tec that came out told me to hold the trunk release button while he takes out a fuse from under the rear passenger seat. I dont know which fuse but when he took it out and put it back in it popped open.

I assume he doesn't have Tele-Aid? If so, call the 800 number and have them open it VIA satellite.

If not, does he have an extra key at home? Other than that, the only other thing I can think of is go to the dealer with his VIN and get another copy of the key ordered

This did it. I won't post how exactly because this probabaly shouldn't be public knowledge for $90K cars.
