Driver door buzzes at about 30 mph

When I reach about 30 mph my driver's door buzzes loudly. The door feels like a big vibrating mobile phone, very disturbing. This just started happening and is very consistent. Has anyone experienced this. If so what is it and how did you fix the problem.

I'm getting ready to remove the door panel and drive it. Potential problem is that I may deactivate what ever is buzzing by removing the door panel. Thanks for reading the post.

my E320 did that one time...with corresponding bzzz about 45. i read up on
door panel removal then set aside some time to handle the chore. 30 seconds
into the task i found the culprit: a paper clip in the door storage bin. i cant
imagine yours would be so simple...but heck.....

I had something similar happen in a '95 Chevy Tahoe that might be related. There was short in the window motor that caused it to run against it's self. I replaced the motor and it went away. This is a long shot but you never know.

I thought it was my phone or something left in the door storage as well. Nothing in the door. Thanks for your suggestion.

When I open the panel it may very well be the window motor or possibly the door lock. I susect the door lock since the buzz is consistent when I reach 30 mph. Thanks

Door Mirror?

Not sure if you identified the cause of this noise yet, but I occasionally get a noise like the one you mention from my passenger door mirror - seems to be caused by the motor that retracts the mirrors when parking. I'm guessing the motor is trying to move the mirror past the point where it can physically go and probably just needs recalibrating.
