DAMN.. that's a dirt cheap price for that car. I did CarFax on it, no issues found. One owner in NY. If it's certified, pull the trigger.

I dont know how I can pass this up... I just spoke to them on the phone it is a CPO car from a MBenz Dealership so it has the factory warranty + another 1yr

I thought the CPO's came with 2yrs? he said only 1 extra yr?

1 year 100,000 miles is standard on the CPO. Sweet deal as I just got a 2002 S430 with 47,000 for $37,000 2 months ago. You can't pass that one up.

Rallye is in fact a MB dealer (as well as BMW, Rolls and others) and I have never seen them sell a preowned car at a reasonable price....and they rarely negotiate, to the point of being downright rude. IMHO proceed with great caution ! Interesting that they're listing an MB under the BMW banner and not under their MB inventory on the MB part of their web site. http://www.rallye.mercedescenter.com.../b/index.jhtml

In south florida here the MB dealers usually ask about 15K to 20K over what they go through at the auction...they call them "certified" so when someone gets 5k to 10k off they think they got a great deal...from what I hear MB dealers make about 10K on a used car..thats why he probably wont go below 41K
