Wheel Fitment - I'm Dazed and Confused
Looking at some 18 x 8.5 with a 35mm Offset
will these fit a 2002 S500 with no problems?
Also should 18" be staggered front and rear and if so why?
Also, Anybody know the offset on the stock 16 x 7.5 that
came with the car?
Sorry for all the questions? But I am damned confused.
...and obviously not too bright!

that offset seems kinda low, staggered is best because when you have wider rims in rear it makes the car more stable when taking corners or turns.....BIG DIFFERENCE IN HANDLING...BIG i use 20x10 in rear 20x8.5 in front and my car handles like an AMG lol

Those wheels looks like the ones I purchased last month. You may want to take a look at my vehicle in the CL/215 picture thread. The ones I purchased doesn't have center caps to fly off. Hope this helps.

Ditto with nodubs. An offset like ET35 should look fairly aggressive. I had ET32 19x8.5 and ET35 19x9.5 and I loved the look.
As a FYI, stock 16s have ET46 and the AMG 18s have ET44.
