I wouldn't say it's a great deal but its not a ripoff..

If it's yours and its not fully loaded I'd say no. let them have it. You can find better prices with more options, and you have already gave them enough lease money for that car. Let it sit on the lot for the next 4 months and you can get it for 31K

Thanks, somewhat loaded(nav, built in phone,cd changer etc). However i can seem to find any dealer that has one close to that price, with a warrentee.

I think it's a good deal. Does the car have AMG package ($6500 option when new), how's the tires (expensive w/ AMG package)?

If car has AMG & new tires, then you have a great deal there, else, it's a good deal.

Upgrading to AMG package will be very expensive: front/rear bumer, and side skirt, you will also need a set of staggered 18" wheel.

If you go w/ OEM stuff, bodykit and wheels will run you at least $3-4K (if you're lucky to find used parts & decent labor). If you like the AMG package, try to find a car with it, it's better moneywise that way. Don't look for a regular one and upgrade later.

Here's mine, I bought it 6 months ago, 2003 S430, Cali car, one owner, loaded, was at 54K when purchased, for $30K.

I could have bought an S500 for $1500 more, same mileage & package, but I prefer the S430 due to better gas mileage. I couldn't detect much difference in power between the two

Keep an eye out in the classifieds here - or on Ebay - they come up often and are normally pretty reasonably priced.....

G/L with your purchase!
