Which floor mats to buy? Help.

I just bought the OE Mercedes all weather floor mats for my S430 4MATIC, but the quality of the rubber is horrible. The guy in the dealer did mentioned it even though I went for it. I washed them before placing in the car, but they look extremely bad. The rubber looks like it would be faded and you can see all the scratches on them.

I'm thinking about ordering Hexomats or the Berber mats. Do you think they cut them in the exact shape as the Originals?

Thanks

Most are customized for your car and the injection molded ones from mats.com have extra pieces that you cut with a knife for a good fit.

I try to avoid the ones you have to cut.

I recently ordered a carpeted set from PerformanceProducts.com, customized for the car with any logo you want, mine says S55 AMG in white over black. The driver side mat comes with hooks that you dig into the carpet with to avoid slippage of the mat.

I wondered why there aren't securing locks for the mats on my car. Usually all German cars have that. So I guess I can just punch a hole in the carpet.

How do you like the mats? Do they have the cut out for the foot rest? Do they fit like OE?

Yes they fit perfectly and were custom-made for my car.

The OE mats suck. I'm interested to see what people are doing

Oh man I agree 100%. I can't even believe they would make something like that for a Mercedes.

Is it the all season MB Hexomat type mats or the all season MB flat mats?
