Please i need some Tech help Car is not cranking?

i have a friend of mine who is having a problem with his s500.

The car is sitting on all 4 wheels. The car doesnt crank at all. the air compressor doesnt go on and the car doesnt rise.

The lights work and the remote opens and closes the car but the windows dont go up or down with the ignition in the on position. And the Instrument cluster doesn't go on. The cluster only lights up when you open the car door.

Does anyone have any experience with this because i know there must be guys out there with similar problems.

Also is there a location on the car that i can pump with a compressor or somthing to rise it up?

Test

the battery or charge it.
Lights will go on some items will operate but it need full power to start or it won't crank.Make sure you charge it with the key out of the ignition.
Might not be the issue but it is a good place to start the process.

You can also call the MBZ Roadside Assistance (free), they will at least diagnose if the battery needs charging or replacing.

a new battery was installed in the car. the battery is not the problem.

mercedes roadside assistance came... they really do not know anything about these cars. Even had a tech that came from local close by dealership but i was pretty dissapointed it was little kid coming from local tech school that have no experience.

car cannot be towed it is on a angled driveway touching the floor on all four wheels and front bumper is mm's from the floor also.

is there any fuses on the left or right side of the car that i should check?

w220 not cranking

check the junction block relay/fuse block on the passenger foot area, it may have a blown fuse. If it is blown you have to replace the whole block.

How long has the car been sitting like this? Did you first have the no crank problem, then the car sat lower over time?
Was the battery replaced by the RSA team just recently?
Year and mileage?

car never had crank problems... battery was replaced yesterday with new dealership battery.

I had the Head dealer technician come to look at the car today. he brought the computer hooked it up and it told him everything was fine. The guy was completely puzzled. He said it had to be towed back to the shop to use the main computer that uses internet connection to diagnose it. They tested all the fuses and everythings working.

The only problem is the car cannot be towed at all. It is on a incline driveway sitting on all 4 rims and the sideskirts. the front bumper is couple mm's from the floor.

Tow truck guy came the other day and said he wouldnt even attempt to touch the thing.

What about this to roll it off the drive way:

How about trying this trick to raise it for transport:

Was just

going to suggest jacking it up and putting it on dollys.
Harborfreight carries nice units for a fraction on the griots.
Don't see what year the S is but does it have an aux battery?
if so has it been checked?

Jack the car up and place a wooden block between the upper control arm and the body. It shoild give you enough clearance to rool it down the driveway.
