02 to 03 AMG front bumber conversion

So I've recently purchased a 02 S430 with the AMG aero on it and was wondering what was involved in converting front end over to a 03 AMG aero. I know the hood is different and would need to be replaced but would that be all? Would I need to change the fenders too? I know it's probably been asked before but I could seem to dig up the answer so I thought I would just ask. Thanks

I just read a post about this actually. According to the person who converted (02 AMG bumper to 04 AMG bumper) all that needs to be done is to get the updated hood as well. It is slightly larger to fit the S600's turbo's so they just mass produced one size hood. I think you should be ok on the rest.

to update from 00-02 to 03-06, you need your hood modified, new grille, new bumper moldings, new bumper mesh grilles...

headlights are the same size/shape
actually, if you're already replacing the bumper, you should also upgrade to the projector type headlights instead of the dull factory reflector headlights

if you are face-lifting your car, you should put the clear headlights... but you don't have to make the change, you will be OK with your old ones...

EZ solution is just to paint them with matching car's color. You dont have to replace anything and it looks nice. You can paint existing parts or get some off ebay and have spare once just in case.
