Guys I need help/input on this!!
So just today as I was starting my car to leave work, it hesitated a lot while I turned the key to start it. It took about 4 seconds of kicking before it fired up. When I got home ( and installed smoked bumper lights) I wanted to start it again but this time all it did was kick and NO start...... Could it be my spark plugs? What could this be??

My battery was dead about two weeks because I left the fog lights on. I took it to Autozone and they charged it there for an hour. I wonder if the battery is losing its juice?

they can test your battery and tell you if thats the problem. Even when your battery starts going bad when you turn your car on it should charge it because the voltage goes up to 14volts. have them check your alternator too. they should be able to with a multi meter that they have.

Bad news guys........ its not the battery. I started it one time and it started to die on me, idling very very rough. What could this be?

the BATTERY.
Unlike many other cars, The w220 mercedes car will not run correctly with a weak battery, it is very sensitive.
Change the battery first. Autozone and other places may even let you return it, if its not the problem.

Tusabes I took it to Autozone, the battery checked out perfectly, had 12.6 volts.

UPDATE*** As it turns out my fuel pump and regulator were bad! I got them changed this morning and.........she started up better than ever 
This was my first issue with my S430 and I just hit 100k miles last week.

Thanks for the update and the fix.
Still, 12.6 is not very good for the battery. A strong, fresh battery is 13.2 when car is off, 14-14.5 when car is on.
Check the date code on the battery and if its more than 5 or so years old, change it.
