I had the same thing and followed a post on here. I bought all for sensor's and had them put on at Good Year Tires. It took 24-48 hours but the light when out and that was 6 months ago. Buy them at http://tire-sensors.com/ .

Yes, that's the ones. At first I thought they weren't going to work because the light was still on. Then someone on here said take the old ones out of the car. When I did that they started working perfectly. That was about 6 months ago. So far so good!

s500
Just bought an s500 getting TPMS inoperable message. Based on service paperwork tires were purchased and installed at Firestone. Is it possible they left the sensors off? If so, how can I tell.

If the valve stems are rubber, you have no transmitters
If the valve stems are metal, you probably have sensors, but the batteries are dead after 5 - 7 years; then you need new sensors.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I had so many problems with mine that instead of spending a lot of unnecessary money I had the MB dealer disable the TPMS. Went to advance auto, bought a tire pressure check for about 10 bucks and have been happy every sense. That was about 4 years ago.
