EuroCharged, Speedriven, or OE Tuning

As the title states I am considering a tune for my car, not a dyno tune a remote tune or flash tune using the mygenius or equivalent. I know it is only a 430 but hey its my first Mercedes and I do not plan on getting rid of her. Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share in regard to Eurocharged, Speedriven, or OE Tuning. I noticed on the OE Tuning site they actually offer tuning for the 430. Please refrain from posts like get a S55, 600 or S65. I get it i bought the slow model, im just looking for a little more umpphh. I appreciate the input fellow MBWorld'ers

SpeedRiven SL V12TT, ML320CDI
I do not think anyone can answer your question to the point, as I do not believe that any single person on this board actually tried tunes from 3 companies you mentioned on your particular ECU (any takers ? ).
If it comes to V12TT, I did actually tried tunes from these 3 companies on my own vehicle (my company did do tuning for V12TT and I really appreciate owners of these tuning companies providing me tunes to compare) and I can give MY OWN opinion. When it comes to 430, any of the companies mentioned will be reliable choice, but which one is better - you are talking about naturally inspired 430 engine, so there will not be much of the difference in performance and any tune will do...

Igor.

Tune is useless on a nonturbo or non supercharged car

You're better off with a Sprint Booster than a tune
It won't make your car faster but it will make it feel faster , which is really what you are looking for

It simply alters the electronic gas pedal so that it thinks its being pressed harder than it really is . You can accomplish the same thing by flooring the gas all the time

Your mileage will also suffer and be in the 10-13mog range . This can cost you hundreds of dollars of extra gas per year

I have an OE Tune. It may have been somehow noticeable right when I got it, but now the car feels pretty glacial to me.

bottom line, its probably a waste of money.

I appreciate the replies fellow MB'ers. I understand the gains would be minimal i believe OE tunings site states a gain of 29 or 30 hp. the sprint booster might be an option also. The back story is my 10 year old son loves the car and has been watching velocity network and wants to tinker and customize the car so to speak. It is more for father son bonding experince , I just figured I wouldn't mind the extra get up and go. At least I didn't ask how many hp a K&N air filter and intake would gain. Keep the comments, and recommendations coming. My son and I appreciate them greatly!!!

not really any modding aspect to adding a tune. You plug it into the obd2, hit a button, and done.

30bhp is not happening.

My advice, buy a w123 or similar and fix it up with your son. Way better bonding experience and he'll actually learn something about mechanics.

Yeah you guys would have more educational bonding installing a k&n filter than pressing a button on a computer flash tune

Well quad we already have 123 that only needs minor things it's been in the family since new and has about 60,000 original miles on it. This summer I taught my son how to feather the clutch at idle to get the car going without stalling!!

Tusabes k&n intake it is lol My cousin just swapped out the factory intake on his 08 M5 he says there is no difference in power, however his buddy swears it made his 535 faster. LoL maybe an eBay electric supercharger?
