Neither are going to have coil packs. It's not a maintenance item and if it ain't broke they won't fix it.
The one with records has all the standard items done when presented for a and b service at a dealer with no declines. So 2,3,4 would be done only if it's in the maint manual. Unfortunately the s600 has a special maint supplicant that is not on mbusa.com
