My S430

I have a question about my 2000 s430 I have a clicking sound in the left rear side of the trunk it does when the car is running and it does when your driving it sounds like something is turning on and off inside the trunk too me, I placed my hand up against the body and I can feel and hear the sound of whatever it is clicking, I checked my radio amp and CD changer and they are fine ( do anybody out there know what this is?????)

Are your soft close doors working properly? The PSE pump is located on the rear driver's side in the trunk.

Try pulling the YELLOW fuse that controls the PSE pump. The fuse is located behind the lens under the rear passenger seat. Just pry the lens off and you will see the fuses. Leave the fuse out for about 5 or 10 minutes before replacing and see it there is any difference.

Now that you've posted your radio isn't working either it's almost Certain you have water damage . If you have comprehensive auto insurance they should cover it

I thought he stated his radio was working. If it isn't then I certainly agree with Tusabes.
