Will Maybach seats fit in a W220?

Will Maybach seats fit in a W220?
To keep things short, I have a unique opportunity to purchase a set of Maybach front seats off a 2004 Maybach 57. They match the leather and woodwork of my 2003 S600.
Will they fit? Or are they too large?
Lastly, I was wondering if other items would work in my W220 S600? I'd love to jam the Maybach rear center console system in leiu of my middle seat in the rear, but I assume that's a pipe dream. Thanks! I'm looking forward to the responses.

My understanding is that the Maybach is based on the W140 rather than the W220 under the skin, so the seats are unlikely to fit.
I don't know for sure, but I doubt many will. I'd suggest getting a copy of WIS and browse that for a while - see what you can learn about the two models.

I was under the impression that the w240 was built on the 140 chassis but with modified w220 innards & technology.

There are two factors here - physical fit, and compatibility with the existing control and pneumatic systems.
I think that I could manage the physical fit, but I'm not sure about the compatibility issues.
