Looking for a PSE Pump

As the title says.....i am looking for a PSE Pump 220 800 07 80 or higher.

It would be nice to get a working one but i am really after the main board. My pump finally went and a pump i bought from someone else was too old and the main board cannot be programmed for the rear headrests or the trunk handle.

So if anyone has a working or broken one (as long as the board has not melted) please contact me with a price.

Thank you.

Hi there. I have 3 PSE pumps and 2 of them meet the number requirement that you stated. All 3 pumps work and have been tested. Let me know if you have any interest and if so, which one.

The pumps I have are:

220 800 08 48
220 800 12 48

220 800 02 48

I'm thinking $100 + $10 shipping to the USA....I don't know where you are located so shipping might be more if you need international shipping.

hmm.. that was totally new to me, never heard there is a difference in programming options... I have 2001 car where I just replaced PSE pump (I have not checked part number) and there adjustable rear head rests were programmed on even I don't have one! I just transferred all options in new (2nd hand) unit, I have to dig further when I have time...

I did not think there was a difference as well but after repairing a 02 pump the sds wont even ask if i have the headrest or the trunk handle. Maybe some firmware difference ? Unfortunately the old board got fried and i could not reuse it.

soft close and door locks inoperative

So I was detailing my interior with the doors open for 5-6 hours, when I finished, the soft close door locks and rear head restraints stopped working. took out vacuum power assist pump, fuse was blown and motor was smoked and smelled fried, motor got so hot it melted the solder from the positive motor terminal down onto pump body, put in new motor only, then put back in car, now motor/pump runs continuously so I had to pull fuse.
Question: do I need to reprogram my own pump from car with new motor?
Question: If I install a complete new pump assembly do I need to reprogram it before it will work?

Thanks PD I think the 08 is one ahead of my 07 code pump, but I will need to get it reprogrammed at the dealer?

pierrejoliat, I am glad you received the PSE Pump and everything worked out well. I'm also glad that you didn't have to go through any "re-programming" procedure.

Plug and Play is always so much nicer!

Enjoy and thank you very much for the purchase.

Yes, options are coded in PSE unit.
