Have any of you considered the 745Li vs. the S500
Mercedes goes for power and speed with the 5.5L AMG turbocharged engines in their AMG lines. Or they use the 5.5L twin turbo in the V12 for their 600's cars. The new 65 AMG's are truly great. They have the twin turbo 6.0L v12's producing a crazy 604 horsepower and almost 800 lb-ft of torque.
BMW on the other hand goes for things other then speed. They use naturally aspirated engines and try to push as much technology and standard options into their cars as possible. They offer quite amazing speed considering that BMW's don't use turbochargers. The new look is truly groundbreaking and many other car manufacturers including Mercedes is keen to follow the technological surge in their next generation S-class. With the new M5 BMW has truly taken technology and engineering to a new level. It has a 7-speed SMG transmission with 500 horsepower in a 5.5L V-10. That thing will fly.
Truly great cars. I used to have 7 Mercedes. The CL63 AMG (limited edition), SL600, S600, E55 AMG, SL55 AMG, G55 AMG and the SL73 (also limited edition). I plan on getting a new CL65 or SL65 to add to my collection of current BMW's.
Now I decided to try BMW's and I love them. I currently have 7 BMW's. I have a 760Li, 645Ci, M3, Z8, M5, and a 330i ZHP. Truly awesome cars each and everyone.
I think in a few years the BMW's will have to go. Next will come a Bentley, Rolls and Mr. Enzo.
Have fun!!
You must be a celebrity with that kind of money.
Good luck with your decision!
Chris Bangle who created the recent BMWs, is actually called Heinrich Benz
the little known greatgrandson of Mrs Mercedes Benz and Her Husband Daimler Benz, years ago he disappeared and went under deep cover to infiltrate BMW.
His fiendish schemes to ruin the company have included, flame surfacing, I drive and of course the infamous bangle butt.

So in the meanwhile I decided why not go for the BMW's. About the rear of the 7-series interesting how you decided not to show the interior. I personally like the interior better then the S-classes. How about showing the picture of the 7-series from the side and perhaps choose the 745Li since it is the more common one here in the United States. I've had the opportunity of owning some of the finest cars from these two companies and I find it sad that people choose to show only parts of the car that doesn't represent the whole. How about I showed the interior of the S-class and compared it to the 7-series. You see the interior would be a false representation of the S-class as a whole as would the trunk for the 7-series.
I'm thinking about trading a few of the cars in or perhaps selling them and getting a Bentley or the Maybach. However, Bentley's Mulliner customization line gives me the ability to use just the proper amount of personal creativity. Anybody know if Mulliner can do DVD entertainment systems or a possible microwave?

My friend thought a 7 series might be pretty good for security reasons, because its' so ugly anyone aiming at it eyes' would water making the car hard to hit , but he decided he better buy american because of his job.
But he does really like his Lincoln, certainly looks a bit more sporty

This guy is definitely full of "Hoarse Sh*t" I saw a TV show about West Coast Customs, a shop here in Los Angeles, and they were swapping out the wheels off an Enzo and they said Ferrari wont even sell you an Enzo unless you've owned 2-3 of their previous models. They only sell Enzo's to a very elite group of individuals.
So Enarang, "Ferrari said the list was going to take a while" They wouldn't even talk to you they have a private list of previous customers and it's invite only....Your pathetic....
The guy is a fake! If what everyone is saying is false, then post a pic of your vehicles, I would be very interested!
