All electronics and center console buttons not working w220

Hi guys, hope to get help abou my w220 air conditioning unit. Only the REST and 0 button works, other buttons dont work and the compressor won't work too. Power windows all not working, all buttons on dashboard center console also dont work, seat adjuster, tail and headlights not functioning, Steering wheel buttons and adjuster not functioning, sunroof no function, fuel guage not working and the rear brake lights turn on as soon as the engine is started. ESP, BAC and SRS warnings are on. Tried scanning but only got the Vehicle speed sensor fault. Tried diagnosing the aircon amd seat units but says there's no connection. The photo below showed up when i pressed and held the fan button for few seconds

Hi guys, so I already replaced the FR SAM with an exact part number matching unit but there's no improvement. The circled fuses and socket has no power just as my original SAM

I also found a broken fuse in the rear trunk, tried using a wire to reconnect the fuse but yet no improvement

Test the pre-fuses (main fuses) under the right front floor. The best way to test is with a test lamp that draws significant current.

Hi, the mechanic said he did check and all seem okay. But he said there's a fuse looking like a capacitor and he doesn't know how to test that one
