Nice ride. What part of town do you live in? My guess would be Makati. I've been to PI many times, been on about 16 islanda, and I have thoughts of moving there someday. Glad to see MB's there.

nice ride! i certainly think you're right - very likely to be the first in asia. there isn't even a mention of this car on most Asian merc websites except HK and PH.

Must have cost you a whole bunch to have that car in your country! The duties and the taxes alone are more than enough to buy that car in the US.

Yeah, the MB dealer is called CATS Motors. I know some people there so let me know if you want some contact info or something. They sell both MB and Chrysler. I'll post pics again tomorrow showing the color.

Extremely Expensive
You got that right an SL55 AMG in Manila is Php 14,000,000.00 convert that to dollars USD$255,000 (rounded up). A 2005 LR3 will cost you Php 6,700,000 and convert that again, it'll take you to about USD$122,000. Imagine how would an Enzo Ferrari cost you? Anyway, to manilamerc, nice seeing someone on this forum that came from Manila as well. Also, nice ride and what a gorgeous CLS you have back there, if you bought that CLS of yours form CATS as well, I guess you're one of the biggest customers of Felix Ang.

Nice pics man. First in Phillipines heh? You must get lots of people staring at you, and you must have a hard time cleaning fingerprints off the windows. Happy Motoring in the new S.

Tezta,
We might go to HK in December. Any tips where to buy MBenz stuff like Carlsson, Brabus front lips, emblems, wheels etc.
I'm pretty familiar with the stores that cater to the Japanese car racing parts in Mongkok but not Mercedes stuff.
