Ok, wow these things are a car among cars. They look even better in the flesh. I have herd some people saying that the silver is no good, well not in person. I didn't get to see it on the road I drove past it whilst it was parked on teh stree in front of the dealership. My friend was in the car with me and I pointed it out to her and said "wow look at that new S class". Then she says: "Which car is the S class" But hey what do girls know about cars. Just had to say congrats to all those who have them on the choice of a truely amazing car!

If you're going to spend 189, you may well spring the extra 10K and get the LWB! Anyway, if you buy the CDI for the same price, you can pay for the LWB out of the fuel savings...

Here is the list of the prices that we are paying here:

At 19 I'm not all that worried about buying the newest S class.

335k is also more than the average house price here!!!

HI, I am from ChCh, just here for a year. I am still tryng to decide what to buy when I return, but the S (short or long) will probably be a bit much, so I think I'll go back to a facelift E. I still think if you are going to spend 189 you may as well spend 199 and I would also get the diesel.

Keep saving!

Really I am in Chch at the moment. To be honest about buying a new car like the S, unless you have a business to write some of it off on (particulary the depreciation) I would wait till a few slightly used ones or teh ones where people can't afford the payments come on teh market and buy those.
