Because they are Ghetto looking and made by Giovanni which are defnitely ghetto wheels. Just because they are expensive doesn't mean they are good.

I also looked at the 360 Cf rims and thought they were badass but it just doesn't fit the large body. Maybe my definition of ghetto is somewhat different from yours since I think these rims actually flow nicely with the lines of the vehicle. I agree with you that Giovanna rims are usually over done and looks like it belongs in a rapper's music video but I stand by my statement and say these rims are nice on the S-Class.
