If I were in the market for an S Class, that car would be mine right now. I really wish I had gotten a white one but I can't get out of my car for another 2 or 3 years.

Are you looking for someone to assume the payment?? What are they and what terms?? With which lender?

But no sports package - thats the one drawback - Tons of threads have been devoted to the MB clever marketing... They knew all along they were making the S63.... an S600 with Sports package would have knocked the S63 out of the game.

althought, if you can afford a S600, if you want the sports pkg, you can just have it installed by the dealer. i dont think price would be a option in the want dept

Edit: I forgot about the improved brakes on the 63 that don't come on the 550 and I also am not considering the suspension qualities of the 63 compared to 550. Also, the gauges and clock are different. But based on outward appearance only, the loaded up 550 makes more sense to me. I tried to "build" a 63 on the website and it seems that you can't. Am I wrong about that?

If my car were white, silver, or any other color but black, I'd have already done this. The cladding just seems hidden on a black car. Even my wife's new Saks 5th avenue C350 doesn't show the AMG that well.

i know what you are saying but biggest difference is will be in the front I just dont like the lower body work between the foglamps (the single strip) on the standard trim. also you get tailpipes that go straight and not down (does not apply to the 600 as it has tail pipes with chrome finishers).
I have a SLK55 that I got in silver as it better accentuated the AMG body work. I think black on an S makes the car look slimmer and the chrome trim on the side elongates the car to the eye (even more than it is). The AMG pkg does add a significant amount of agressiveness especially in the from. Thus, the S550V4 that I have on order is black with AMG pkg (with all options, the 4matic was the big need here hence ruling out other trim)
I do love the CL63 in black the chrome lining around the front air dam and foglamp mesh makes for a priceless effect!!
You are right about not being able to build a S63 online , same story for S65, CL63, CL65, S65, G500 and G55

This is going to be a tough sale. Usually if someone can qualify for a lease they can just go and lease a brand new car for the same payment.
You would have much better luck finding someone to make the payments and keep the car under under your name.
Either way good luck its a perfect car.

Leases make absolutely no sense to me. If you break down the contract, usually your total amount of cash laid out during the lease (for example a 60 month lease on a $87K S550), is almost, if not, equal to the value of the car at the time of sale. $1424.00 times 60 months equals around $85K. These are MBUSA site numbers and you're lucky if you get quite that good of a money rate on the lease. Then you have to turn around and pay nearly half of the original value of the car. I'm just guessing , but I would bet the residual is around $39000 after 5 years. Now if you finance that car for 5 more years at a conservative 9%, that would be an $800 a month payment for 5 MORE years totaling 48,000 more George Washington photos. So you add it up, it means you paid almost $140K for an $85K car.
You might even in the long run pay 150% of the original value of the car by the time it is finally paid off if you combine the lease plus a 4 or 5 year loan after the lease.
Now, if you were to purchase an S600 for around $145K (round number), you will only pay around $168K over a 5 year period. Maybe less. I'm quoting high interest rates to be realisitic. Only around $20K (15%) in interest, AND YOU OWN IT!
Get them paid off as fast as possible and drive for at least 5 or 6 years before getting a new one. Keep the old one as a stand by or use it for trade in value.
I'm not rich. I have yung'uns to feed, a business to run, a house no where near paid for, and I do have to finance a car to pull one of these pieces of art into my garage, but if I could, I would pay cash for a car or at least not finance it more than 3 years. I plan on getting a new one in 4 years and next time I should be able to finance for as little as 3 years after considering the trade value of hopefully $60K. Hey!, cars are my vice in life and I'm proud of it. I love cars and I especially am a fan of Mercedes-Benz products.
Just my opinion, and I know that I am not considering this from every angle, but simply put, I just don't prefer a lease. Any tax savings are offset by the increased amount of interest in the overall scheme of things during a lease. In most cases, the payment is only around 23% lower on a lease as opposed to a finance, so why not bite the bullet and pay the extra? You're lifestyle will adjust easier than you think.

This is a fact, your payments are WAY too high for the lease period. People expect to pay 15-1800 on a new 36-39month lease. Assuming I remember correctly your payment is 21xx for 46 months = 90k+ in payments aka
for a lease on a 100k car.

the reason why the payments are on the high side is because I rolled some neg
equity into the car......that is why i am not looking for any money back to me and I am also offering a incentive!!

Are you sure you can't keep the car?? I would reconsider. Looks like the loss will be rather substantial and time consuming to recoup. Plus it's downright gorgeous.
