Not all, but you must mean "all US cars" where I assume all should have xenons. Looking at the manual, I cannot find where the manual level control switch would appear, I guess even a car with halogen lights would have auto levelling. Even the washer switch has disappeared from current models. Seeing the data card would be the simplest way of checking this (if not from the car itself).Originally Posted by jta00r1

W211s did not come with bi-xenons standard. Even the mighty E63 AMG has bi-xenons optional (this statement is for US cars.)
In Europe I believe the Avantegarde models have bi-xenon standard as part of that trim level. This is why from the facelift onward all US sport models came with headlamp washers standard. This is most likely because it is easier and less expensive for them to manufacter one bumper for all sport models that have headlamp washers than make a one off for the US. This is why you can't use the prescene of headlamp washers to determine if the car has bi-xenons.

If your car is a 2007-2009 and it does not have Keyless Go, then it does not have bi-xenons.Originally Posted by jta00r1

For those years Keyless Go and bi-xenons were part of Premium II and that is the only way to get Bi-xenons.

I thought we were talking about "all W221 cars". But I see from your other post that not even all US W221 cars had xenons.Originally Posted by pmb600

Odd because we have xenons standard for all W221 models (not this way everywhere in Europe though).

Yes all W221 in the United States had bi-xenons standard.
So if the car is US model than I'm safe? Which my car is a US car w221, that p2 package statement had me confused. Thanks

Yeah sorry I was confused, I thought this thread was about the W211 which is the E-Class. Your S-Class has bi-xenons standard.Originally Posted by jta00r1
