Add to that that effortless driving afforded by the monstrous torque of 600.
The only advantage of the 63 IMO,is a more aggressive (tasty though) styling and louder, better(?) sound.
I would stick with the 600,suits better the character of the limo an S-Class really is,sort of like buying a better Maybach (IMO) for a fraction of the price.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I saw a W221 S65 earlier today, middle aged blonde lady driving it. Reminded me what a stunning vehicle- one of the 10 best in world in my opinion. My friend has one and I keep asking when he wants to let it go for cheap. My wife would KILL me if I traded in for one though, especially since our two youngest are getting close to school. Oh well, still love this old girl....

@usctrojans1: Thanks for pointing out the wheels but I guess you mean 19s not 20s. They said bigger size in tire would make the drive less comfortable but to me it seems strange they would put something soo small on an S Class.

By the way, I prefer the standard 18's to the new multispoke 19's...I think the 19's are way too busy for this car.

If you prefer the looks of the S63, you can go aftermarket with Brabus/Kleemann (subtle kits) or personally I would do OEM AMG appearance kit, or even S65 kit w/ the quad oval tips! Would cost you over $10k but should boost satisfaction. Further, if you are the type who keeps and collects, I think the V221 S-Class esp in 600 and designo trim is highly desireable.

This would be a tough one for me, I'm still "young", so I wouldn't mine the added "rough" character of the S63, and I LOVE V8's and especially their exhaust notes. For me I'd essentially go with the 600 due to that incredibly smooth and linear motor which catapults you endlessly, and especially the ultra-refined additions to the interior. however a deal breaker would be that it HAS to have an AMG Package. I can't drive any M-B Sedan personally without the AMG Package, as it always looks much better IMO, although the '10 F.L W221's regular package looks pretty damn close.
