any recommendations in southern cali, orange area

I was just about to pull the trigger and after little research of PA law, especially town cops, I decided not to do it.

im talking in regards to ceramic/ metal, all those issues u can get with all the fancy gadgetry these cars have now
i almost had issues with the locking mech RF of my w203 but it ended up being a blown amp and not the tint, close though

Just some info... there are only 3 authorized Huper Optik installers/dealers in SoCal. The one I used was:
Perfect Window Tint, Inc.
Owner - Salvador
3071 S. Harbor Blvd
Santa Ana, CA 92704
(714) 546-1002
(714) 549-2200
I used them due to price and proximity to my location. You can read more about Huper Optik, and their tint job in THIS THREAD, and THIS POST from THIS THREAD (start around post #23).
Song's is another authorized installer/dealer in LA, and I've heard good things about them too (although I did not consider them due to proximity). XLNT Tint in Anaheim is the 3rd authorized dealer (I think), and seems to have come aboard only a couple months ago. When I checked their pricing, I was quoted significantly higher than Perfect Window Tint (but by that time, I already had my tinting done, so it was too late to consider them anyway).

Just letting you know, going to ANY Huper Optik authorized installer is NEVER "bargain prices". My cars were done for a bit over $400, and that's CHEAP for Huper Optik. I've seen prices up to $600+. In comparison, other "regular" tint installers charge anywhere from $99-$200.

I love the Formula 1 ceramic. Looks awesome and provides great heat reduction.

most regular hi end metal tints are like 200 for a car this size. is ceramic a must on these cars
what about carbon?
we dont need something dark either just maybe 30 or 35 is fine with me

To my knowledge, anything EXCEPT metallic should be OK. IMO, I'd go with a high-class, well performing tint (doesn't necessarily have to be Huper).
As far as XLINT's prices, that was a bit higher than where I got my Huper done at, but then again, different authorized dealers charge different prices. Just remember XLINT isn't the only authorized dealer in the LA/OC area... Perfect Window Tint (in Santa Ana) and Song's (in LA) are 2 others that come to mind.
