Yes, but these are not just the bulbs, they replace the whole unit (square plastic cube looking module). In an exploretory extra hour I had, I removed the carpet and all trim on the interior. The bulbs are accessable but it seems like the square plastic housings are "sandwiched" in the metal of the trunk and do not come out!
I put it all back and decided to get the steps before ordering. Anyone who has actually done this replacement please post!!! Looks impossible on the 221...

I figured it out from piecing together some internet info and trial and error:
1. Remove trunk lid pannel by removing torx screws on the lip and the two screws holding in the umbrella holder.
2. Carefully remove the hinge shrouds and as you are removing the panel, un plug the trunk release button cable, lighting cables, emergency release cable, etc (depending on model you have) Set trunk lid panel aside.
3. Remove license plate and plate bracket. Set aside. (You have to do this because the black panel has to come out from the outside).
4. Peer inside lip of trunk lid and locate two screws (torx) holding in the trunk release handle. Remove them with small ratchet or similar (not much room in there!!) Those screws hold in the black outer panel as well as the release button, along with some plastic clamps.
5. Locate 3 yellow clamp ends (look like the plastic skinny pyramids) You will see 2 at first, but there is a third on the (left) side opposite side to the lock mechanism. These have to be firmly squeezed and pushed through (without breaking them) to release the black plastic panel holding in the license plate light modules
6. From the outside, coax the black plastic panel out firmly but carefully and the light modules will come free.
7. They can now be replaced with the LED units.
Good Luck!! This is NOT easy but it is doable. Best to pay an installer if you are prone to scrapes and breaking small plastic parts!
