2007 S550 Sirius Activation

2007 S550 Sirius Activation
Hello All,
I am new to the forum but long time MB owner. I just purchased a 2007 S550 which came (from what I am told) with Sirius. How do I activate the sirius. Where is the sirius key to provide them with when I call in. It does not have the original books so no luck there. I know it should have sirius as I have the antenna on the trunk.
Also, I think mine was a early 2007 release as it does not have the telephone/BT module in the center armrest. I see there is a velvet lined cap ther which I popped off but just a hole under. I heard that these shipped without would be added by the dealer. Is this true.
Last, when I hold the voice command button on the wheel, nothing happens. any advice on these would be GREATLY appreciated.
I am mechanically inclined so I will be adding many DIY for tail lights, exhaust, etc in the near future and excited to contribute. Thanks in advance.

under the 'audio' section, I only see am/fm, mp3, cd, etc. no sirius as an option. I would normally assume that it does not have sirius but since it has the antenna and the previous owner mentioned it did have sirius this is why I am thinking it is there.

Possibly it has been removed from options with the SDS (Star Diag. System) by a dealer for some reason..I would have dealer hook up SDS and see why it doesnt show up on the list of audio devices..

Related question if anyone knows. I've called Sirius regarding my 2007 S550 and asked to have other features (like the best of XM) to my radio and am told that my radio does not support any addition channels. Has anyone been told the same or been able to get around it? Is there any kind of firmware update available or is it a hard limitation of older radios?

Typical cost to get this done is as follows: $1599 to add/program Sirius. $2999 to add/program the 2 phone modules and bluetooth adapter puck. $899 to add/program the voice control module and microphones. If you want we can arrange a package price if you want to add all the options at once as alot of the disassembly/connections are common between the various options.

Thanks Midcity. Can you put together a package. my main concern is the sirius. question, if they did not add the sirius, why would they install 2 antennas (one on the boot lid)? Seems odd they would bother.
