Newly Finished 2010 Version2 Wald Black Bison S-Class

After months of work finally got my baby done. W221 with Full 2010 Wald Black Bison Kit on 22" HRE 948 Black on Chrome. Don't see much else to do but definitely welcoming any suggestions and opinions. Thanks!

It def wasn't cheap but my buddy has the actual Wald account so I got it right at cost...hardest part was justifying the price for a fiberglass kit ><

I immediately thought the same - if not black, then a dark grey perhaps.
In silver it sticks out with too much area so it is a feature not an accent like the rest of the grey/silver trim. If you do more painting, try just the center part first before you do the side vents, they are small enough to look OK as they are, and match the shape/direction of the LEDs.

The rest of the car looks mean!

What about red,so it'll match the calipers? Since he did mention about having too much black?

Thanks everyone the mesh has been a work in progress for me so taking everyone's advice and doing away with the silver. Having 2 more sets fabricated out of material that looks more up to part with the rest of the car similar to the strut material. Powder coating one set black and chroming the other to see what looks better. Possibly mix and match. Updates to come!

Any thoughts to if I should upgrade the front and rear lights to 2010+? Several people have made that comment to me but debating if its really worth the cost. Advice from someone who has done it would be great. Thanks

2010 lights

I went with the 2010+ rear lights... and i like them alot... all my friends say the same thing as well once they seen the new ones... on your car i would think it would look really nice as well. its way nicer than mine.

heres a picture of my lights.. i went with the red on smoke... instead of red on clear like factory.

Mind me asking roughly how much it was for the change and was there any additional wiring changes like the 2010 headlight conversion. thanks

I got mine from expresspart off of ebay... i think they were about 410.00 shipped to my door step with taxes paid... took me about 20 min to put in... it was just a plug and play operation. no codes or errors at all....even if you did the new style lights and still tinted them black... still would look great on your ride...

Thanks man found the same guy on Ebay and still selling same price waiting for them to come in.

Anyone got any input on the 2010 headlights if the pricing and work needed to get it converted is extensive?

thanks
