Seats are your seat-tracks.
Check it out - they are cracked. Mine was - and it was replaced. had to fight as it wasn't covered under my extended warranty.

I had a horrible creaking noise from the dash. Turned out it was the clear plastic cover over the instruments rubbing against the black plastic holder. A gasket that was supposed to separate the 2 had come off. the dealer glued the pieces together and no problem since.
Try putting pressure on the clear plastic piece and see if the noise goes away.

Rattling or dull knocking noise coming from the area
of the steering system when driving over rough terrain
Complaint:
Rattling or dull knocking noise coming from the area of the steering system when driving over rough road
Cause:
1. Prestress of steering system mounting bolts too low
2. Excessive play between thrust piece and steering rack.
3. Breakaway torque of inner and outer tie-rod ball joints is too high due to unfavorable tolerance/friction conditions.
Note: If number 3 is the cause, the complaint is of a dull knocking noise. This occurs only at speeds between 5 and 20
km/h. Primarily after the vehicle has spent a period out of use or after driving the vehicle in a straight line for a prolonged
period of time.

My dealer verified a creak, or a "click", from the driver's seat when cornering at modest speeds, or when pressure was put on the side bolsters. They ordered a new seat frame from Germany and replaced it. Problem resolved.

My dealer claims that the creaking noise is normal wear and tear.
